My Top 3 Pet Peeves

Pet Peeves can be a dangerous thing, can't they? They can be used as a weapon, end friendships and relationships or be the cause of some scary actions! I, myself, have been known to thrown things at people who purposefully participate in my pet peeves. But, the challenge demands it, right? So, here we go. In no particular order, here are my top 3 pet peeves.

1.Eating loudly. Ugh! I hate it! I mean, it's one thing if you have a cold or something and are having a hard time breathing so it's a matter of survival to eat loudly, but otherwise...I don't need to hear it, thank you. It's gross and about as bad as nails on a chalk board.

2. Making promises and not keeping them- Now, there is some room for error here. Sometimes it's not that simple or due to circumstance beyond our control, we can't keep them but when you do this regularly, I have an issue with it and it does NOT make me happy, especially if you continue to maintain that you keep your promises or can't figure out why people don't respond well about it.

3. Negativity. If you live in a world of darkness and find the negative in everything, maybe we shouldn't get too close. Look, I get it. Sometimes things just aren't all sunshine and rainbows. I know. The storm has to come before we can get the rainbows, so obviously it's not always sunshine and rainbows, but I can't stand when everything is negative. It's okay to be positive sometimes. It's okay to find hope in scary situations. It's okay to realize that, while the top half of your glass is, indeed empty, the entire bottom of your glass is filled with perfectly good liquid asking to be utilized and it's okay to celebrate the bottom half of the glass. Really. I promise.

So, there you have it. Three of my biggest pet peeves. What are yours? Do we share any? Let us know in the comments!
