Coffee Ice Cream From the cookbook Desserts and Ice Cream Ingredients:
1/4 cup espresso
1 cup organic sugar
1 1/2 cup half and half
3 cups ice cubes
Directions: Add all ingredients into the Healthmaster (blender). Secure lid. Turn speed control to (low) 1. Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended. To prevent mixture from melting, do not "over mix". Serve or put in freezer.
