Ingredients (servers 6): 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tps. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 4 racks (1 1/2 lb. each) baby back pork ribs
Directions: To make the marinade, place the maple syrup, dark brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, dry mustard, cinnamon, ground cumin, salt and pepper in a large bow. Stir well to combine.
Place the ribs in the bowl in batches and rub the marinade over the surface to coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight.
Preheat the broiler or on the grill, reserving marinade. Cool turning occasionally, until cooked through, 25-30 minutes. Baste wit any extra marinade during cooking. Serve immediately.
