Santa's Favorite Snack
Popcorn and chocolate team up to provide the perfect sweet and salty flavor combo. A stenciled tin holds plenty of this chocolaty treat, sure to become a holiday favorite among children and adults alike.

Delicious Chocolate Popcorn
12 cups pupped popcorn
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 pkg. (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Place popcorn on a lightly greased roasting pan: set aside.
Bring sugar, syrup, and butter to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. remove from heat; add chocolate chips and vanilla, stirring until melted.
Drizzle chocolate mixture over popcorn, stirring to coat.
Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Transfer popcorn to a waxed paper-lined pan to cool., stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
Yield: about 12 cups popcorn
